Entries for each claim include claim number; original and present claimants; claim type (i.e., French; British; Indian); quantity claimed as measured in acres or arpents; tract description (i.e., owners/claimants of adjoining property; proximity of rivers or other natural boundaries); and rejection reason (i.e., confirmed or patented to another individual; no proof; doubtful deed; claim granted without authority).
